Airgurus takes data protection very seriously. This concerns the way in which personal information is handled, whether this is provided via our website, when subscribing to a newsletter or RSS feed, when communicating with us by e-mail, when making payments, or for another purpose.
Airgurus complies with the provisions laid down by Philippine Privacy Data Act. We do not collect any personal information about you without your knowledge and consent. In the event that you use our website to ask for a quotation or register to become a patron, call up or amend your patronage details, or place an order with the online shop, it is always specified on the appropriate web form what data is used and for what purpose. We do not pass on personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to process your enquiry (e.g. for orders via the online shop or for credit card payments), or is required by law or official regulations. In addition, we undertake all reasonable and technically/organisationally viable steps to ensure that the personal data provided is protected.
Our web servers collect data in an anonymous form, which is solely used for statistical and optimisation purposes (e.g. browser, operating system, called-up pages). For this purpose we use Piwik, a website analysis software. It is not possible to personally identify visitors to our website by means of this data.
